First Edition Available Now!

The prototypes are in and they look great.  As a result, first edition is good to go!

What is First Edition?
First edition is an introduction set for Solo Bound Female.  It contains the works of three artists: Pyosthenes (pyrosthenes.deviantart.com), Silenceyoursword (silenceyoursword.deviantart.com/), and Zarathul (zarathul.deviantart.com).  While the game does provide mechanics for numerous players (both competitive and cooperative), the first edition consists of only 55 different cards (a complete set, including doubles, is 155 cards).  Even though this limits deck choices, I felt it was best to keep the initial release smaller and to make it a little bit easier to win single player games since this will be the first time I will be teaching people how to play without being available to show them in person.  All in all, first edition will be a learning experience for all of us but if you enjoy the game even half as much I enjoyed making it, then everything should work out just fine.

What is Solo Bound Female?
Solo Bound Female (SBF) is an adult card game featuring bondage, nudity, and adult situations.  Naturally, that makes it for mature audiences only (18+).  You can play the game alone or with friends (even co-op!).  All you need to get started is a character, a scenario, a 40 card character deck, and a 25 card scenario deck.  These decks can be edited any way you like so long as the number of cards remains the same and there are no more than three of each card.  There are a ton of strategies and card combinations to choose from with new releases constantly in the works.

When is it coming out?
Barring any setbacks, first edition will be out some time in early January 2013.  It will feature the artwork of Pyrosthenes, Silenceyoursword, and Zarathul.  You can find their works at Deviant Art.  If all goes well, a second edition should be out some time in the spring or early summer.
